Built for the businesses big tools forgot.
Birdeye and Podium are built for franchises with procurement teams. SignalRoute is built for the plumber with one truck, the dentist with one office, the salon with one chair. The same review math — $30, not $300.
Why I built this.
I started a plumbing company a few years ago. Two things became obvious fast.
First — getting reviews is harder than anyone tells you. Customers who had a great visit don't think to leave one. The ones who left frustrated do.
Second, and the bigger one: in a service business, one negative review can undo months of work. It costs more than the job itself. And most of those reviews come from problems I would have happily fixed if I'd known.
So I built SignalRoute. One link for every review platform you care about. Happy customers go to Google in a tap. Unhappy ones land in your inbox — where you can call, apologize, fix it, and turn what would have been a public scar into a five-star moment.
That's the whole product.
How we build
Three things we won't change
Simple wins
The competition sells phone systems, payments, listings management, and AI chatbots — bundled with reviews. We just ship reviews. Five minutes from signup to live link.
Honest pricing
$30/mo for the first location, $15 for each additional, on the homepage. No quote-on-request. No annual contracts. No 90-day cancellation notice. No 8% renewal fees.
Compliance, not shortcuts
We don't gate reviews. Every customer can leave a public review on any platform you list — regardless of star rating. Unhappy customers also see a private feedback option. The mechanic is FTC- and Google-policy compliant by design.
