01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and SignalRoute (“SignalRoute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our website, dashboard, or API (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
02The Services
SignalRoute provides software for businesses to send and receive messages and calls and to build communication workflows through our dashboard and API. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice before making changes that materially reduce core functionality.
03Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You agree to provide accurate information, including during business verification, and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
04Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and to respect the people you communicate with. You may not use the Services to:
- Send messages or place calls without the consent required by applicable law.
- Distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
- Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent who you are.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
You are responsible for obtaining all consents and honoring all opt-out requests from the people you contact. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that threatens the integrity of the platform.
05Fees and billing
Paid plans and usage-based charges are billed according to the pricing in effect when you use the Services. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice. If a payment fails, we may suspend the Services until the balance is resolved.
06Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit and the communications you send through the Services. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services on your behalf, such as transmitting, processing, and storing your communications. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you send.
07Our intellectual property
The Services, including our software, branding, and documentation, are owned by SignalRoute and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to use the Services except as expressly permitted here.
08Third-party services
The Services rely on connectivity and infrastructure providers to deliver your messages and calls. Your use of the Services may be subject to those providers’ requirements, and availability can depend on factors outside our control. We work to maintain reliable, high-quality delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
09Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that delivery of every message or call will succeed.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalRoute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that creates risk for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
