Connect your Housecall Pro account once. Every job that gets marked complete fires a SignalRoute review request to the customer through the channel you pick. Star ratings 4–5 route to Google or any platform you list. Anything lower lands as private feedback in your dashboard so you can call the customer back before they post publicly.

- Trigger on job.completed or invoice.paid (your choice).
- Customer name, email, phone, technician, and service type pull through automatically — visible on every review.
- Per-technician routes: each tech gets their own QR + leaderboard.
- Idempotent — HCP retries don't double-send.
- Drop-in copy snippets for HCP's invoice template, Pro Forma email, and SMS template.
- Per-job QR code on PDF invoices via SignalRoute print materials.
- Disable HCP's built-in review prompt; SignalRoute replaces it everywhere.

- 1Open Housecall Pro → Settings → Integrations → API (Pros on MAX plan only).
- 2Generate a new API key labeled “SignalRoute”.
- 3Paste the key into SignalRoute → Integrations → Housecall Pro.
- 4Pick the SignalRoute route to send customers to (or auto-create per-tech routes).
- 5Copy the webhook URL we generate; paste it into HCP's webhook subscription form for job.completed.
- 6Done. Next completed job → review request lands in 2 minutes.
