Review software that doesn't require a sales call.
$30/month. Live in five minutes. Public reviews go to Google, Yelp, or Facebook in a tap. Frustrated customers get a private channel to you — alongside the public ones, never instead of. No contract.
Most “review software” isn't built for small business.
The category leaders charge $300–$600 per location per month and need a 30-minute sales call before they'll quote you. They're great products — for 200-location franchise rollouts, which is who they're sold to.
Hidden pricing
Birdeye, Podium, Reputation, ReviewTrackers, Customer Lobby, Swell — all gate pricing behind a demo. Real cost: $300–$600/mo per location. You won't know until you're 30 minutes into a call.
Bundled overkill
Most include messaging, surveys, payments, web chat, social posting, AI agents, and a CRM you'll never wire up. You pay for the whole bundle to use the one feature you came for.
Annual contracts
Most enterprise review platforms require a 12-month prepay. SignalRoute is monthly, no contract, cancel any time from the dashboard.
SignalRoute vs. the enterprise stack.
How SignalRoute stacks up against the typical category leader (Birdeye, Podium, Reputation). Every line is honest — where they're competitive, we say so.

Every customer can post publicly. Always.
Review gating — selectively soliciting positive reviews and burying negative ones — is banned by the FTC and Google. SignalRoute does not do that. The same set of public review platforms appears for every customer regardless of rating; the private feedback option for unhappy customers is shown alongside the public ones, never as a substitute.

What's the difference between SignalRoute and Birdeye / Podium / Reputation?
Three things. (1) Pricing: $30/month flat, vs. their $300–$600/month-per-location after a sales call. (2) Scope: we do review routing very well, instead of bundling messaging, surveys, payments, and CRM you'll never use. (3) Time-to-live: 5 minutes, vs. their 2–4 weeks of onboarding and contract negotiation. We're built for actual small businesses, not 200-location franchise rollouts.
Is this review gating? I've read Google bans that.
No. Every customer using your SignalRoute link sees the same public review platforms — Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc. — regardless of how they rated the experience. Low-rated customers also see a private feedback channel to you, but it's offered alongside the public platforms, never as a substitute. We built the entire flow against 16 CFR § 465 (the FTC Consumer Reviews Rule) and Google's review policy. See /no-review-gating.
Will customers see SignalRoute branding?
No. The page they tap into uses your business name, your logo, and your colors. The customer never sees the SignalRoute name — it's your review page, not ours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contract, no annual commitment. Cancel from the dashboard in two clicks; we don't make you call to cancel.
What integrations do you support?
Public review platforms: Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Apple Maps, Healthgrades, Houzz, Angi, and 12+ others. The point of SignalRoute is being focused, so we don't try to be a CRM or a help desk. Most owners pair SignalRoute with the tools they already use.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes. Sign up, paste your Google review link, upload your logo and pick a brand color — your live review page and printable QR are ready. No technical skills, no developer, no Zapier middleware.
Skip the sales call.
