Trigger review requests from Webflow form submissions or e-commerce orders — native webhook, no code.
Webflow ships native webhooks for form submissions and e-commerce new orders. Paste a SignalRoute inbound URL into your site's Webhooks settings and we extract the customer's email + name + phone from the payload, then schedule a review request — perfect for capturing leads who fill out a contact form or buy through your Webflow store.
What it does
- Native Webflow webhooks — Site Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.
- Two trigger types supported: "Form submission" and "E-commerce new order".
- Form fields named Email/Name/Phone (or common variants) extract automatically. Custom labels work via the Generic JSON template.
- Idempotent on Webflow's order/submission ID.

Setup
- 1Open Integrations → Inbound webhooks in the dashboard.
- 2Pick Webflow as the source, name it, pick business + route.
- 3Copy the URL we generate.
- 4In Webflow → Site Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → Add webhook.
- 5Trigger: "Form submission" or "E-commerce new order". Paste the URL.
