One link is good. Smart routing is better.
Don't just send to Google. Route by rating.
A direct Google review link sends every customer to the same place — including the ones who rated 2 stars. SignalRoute's routing flow sends happy customers to Google in one tap and gives unhappy customers a private feedback channel before the bad review lands publicly. $30/mo.
FAQ
Common questions
What is a Google review link?
+
It's the direct URL that opens the Google review form for your specific business. When a customer (signed into their Google account) taps it, they land directly on the review composer for your Google Business Profile — no searching, no scrolling. The standard format is `search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=<your-place-id>` or `g.page/r/<place-id>/review`.
Why can't I just copy the URL from Google Maps?
+
Google Maps shows a long URL with coordinates, your business name, and other parameters that don't always work as a review link. The deep review URL is buried — most businesses end up with a link that opens Maps but doesn't go directly to the review form. This tool extracts the Place ID and formats the canonical review URL for you.
Is my Place ID sensitive information?
+
No. Place IDs are public — Google publishes them in their Places API and on your Maps listing. The Place ID just identifies your business; it doesn't grant any access. Sharing your review link (which contains the Place ID) is the same as sharing your Maps listing URL.
Will this work for service-area businesses without a storefront?
+
Yes — service-area businesses (plumbers, contractors, mobile services) have Place IDs the same way as storefronts. As long as you have a verified Google Business Profile, you have a Place ID and a review link.
What if I want to route customers to multiple platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook)?
+
Use SignalRoute. Our review-routing flow shows customers a one-tap chooser of every platform you list — Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, anything — and they pick where they want to leave the review. Plus, customers who rated lower see a private feedback option to reach you directly. $30/mo, 5-minute setup.
