How it works

Enable Delight
Add Delight to your subscription from the Gifts page. We flip it on, sync your spend cap to Stripe, and you're ready.
Step 02
Configure
Pick a per-gift amount, a monthly cap, and a default thank-you note. Save presets for repeat use, store per-customer preferences and opt-outs, and pick auto, manual, or campaign-driven sends.

The auto-trigger fires after a private 5-star signal — not after a public review is posted. Gift emails do not reference review platforms, and your dashboard enforces this in the copy editor.
