Push review activity into Salesforce as Tasks against the matching Contact.
Service-business reps living in Salesforce don't want to alt-tab to a separate review inbox. The Salesforce integration creates a Task on the matching Contact for every review event, owned by the rep and due-dated based on rating (low ratings get same-day due dates).
What it does
- Per-rating Task templating — high ratings log silently, low ratings create urgent Tasks.
- Contact-matching by email/phone — falls back to creating a Contact if none exists.
- Lookup-relationship to a custom 'Review Submission' object for analytics.

- Custom Salesforce Process Builder + email-parsing rules

Setup
- 1Install the SignalRoute managed package from the AppExchange.
- 2Connect via Salesforce OAuth.
